Dr. Chetan Puranik

Dr. Puranik is a pain management specialist serving patients at Centers for Pain Control and Vein Care across Indiana. He is double-board certified in pain management and anesthesiology.  Dr. Puranik earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He then graduated with his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed his residency in anesthesiology there as well. Afterward, he completed a fellowship in chronic and interventional pain medicine, also at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Puranik established Centers for Pain Control and Vein Care, an independent medical practice, in 2009, with its first location in La Porte, Indiana.
