Jason Brown

Jason Brown is an Operating Partner with Caydan Capital Partners, and is the CEO of Caydan Capital portfolio company Millennium Packaging Services, Inc. With more than 20 years of senior management experience, Jason is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur. Jason has spent his career launching, leading, and turning around businesses where he has established a proven track record for accelerating business growth. Most recently, Jason led, a single-family office focused on distressed and turn around operating companies in the Manufacturing, Aviation and Agricultural sectors. Jason held CEO, CFO, COO and Advisor roles in portfolio companies, providing his hands-on leadership during their revitalization. Previously, Jason Co-founded VITA Products, Inc a wearable technology company which combined Identification with RFID payments technology. Jason spearheaded operations, fundraising, sales and business development for the company from its inception. Jason began his career at First Union Bank in the Leveraged Finance Group. Jason graduated from University of Vermont where he played Varsity Div. 1 soccer and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature.
